Phew!

Here is JohnD with Dr de Jager, Sister Evans and Saartjie vd Gryp, a friend of mine. It was nice to be there for Saartjie's last chemo too.

We safely back home... last chemo is over. Thanks so much for your messages! :) He is doing well... we will return to Pretoria at the end of March for the CAT SCAN.

10th Birthday!

So what do you think of this baby photo of him? Hard to believe the ten years have flown by so fast! The kids did some fishing last weekend and the weekend before. These small farm dams on properties about an hour from us, keep you busy... :)

Our dearest JohnD celebrated his 10th birthday yesterday! Can't believe by baby is now officially out of single digits and is TEN! We are having a party for him on Saturday... wanna come??? :)

Ken rode Chloe for the first time today... a little stubborn, but at least her saddle sore is better!

New year kick off...

PHEW! Just back from Pretoria again. One to go! :) All well so far. PTL. He'll have chemo 28th Jan, then CT scan 28th Feb (approx), and then full assessment... and from there we take it one step at a time.
No international travel for about a year for him. :( At least he doesn't have to have all of his immunizations again (like I originally thought!). He is well.

The group who left on Thursday were so much fun! The Goldfinch family / friends were here for ten days and shot amazingly well. We have Michael and Randi with us at the moment, (also from Charleston)... on a photos safari.

Ken, Dad, Micaela and JohnD went fishing today. I hope they catch!

2010 is here... ready or not!

Happy New year to you all! We just had a lovely lunch picnic at Mucha... swam. It sure is hot. I wish I'd throught to take the camera! I'm not very good about that at all!

We would like to say a very special thank you for your wonderful support, love, prayers and tremendous care over the past year. We are excited that this year is going to be "MORE BEDDA"! We know that God works things out so that nothing is for nothing, and we BELIEVE that it will all have been worth it. :) FOR HIS GLORY!
